Project implementation, supervision, and monitoring will be conducted by user departments following ADB’s standard policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Organizational and Decision Making Structure

The Government of Japan reviews applications from ADB and approve the JFPR grant and TA amount for each application. 

Eligibility Criteria

The fund prioritizes sovereign project grants and technical assistance project proposals that are focused on the priority areas of universal health coverage, climate change and disaster risk management, quality infrastructure investment, and public finance management.
